Book Signing Schedule

Cook Book Launch at Chef’s Table

 

Writing my first cook book was an unforgettable journey. It was a long overdue project that had been postponed for over 2 years. This year we finally made it. Together with Anvil, the leading publishing house in the country. At the launch we were honored to have Ms Nora Daza and her son Sandy Daza as our guests of honor. For those of you who does not know who Nora Daza is, she is our Julia Child, the woman to placed Filipino food on the world map.

Starhub Hubalicious Event in Marina Mandarin Hotel Singapore

Now on its second year, Starhub invites chefs from around the world to represent the channels that air their show. This event was very special in particular because it was my first time to cook for around 100 guests in a sit down dinner setting complete with wine pairing I was able to serve the best selling dishes from Chefs Table. And for most of the guests it was their first time to try Filipino Food..

Happy New Year Everyone! We have been very busy last Christmas and New year and finally got the time to update you folks of whats happening inside a Chefs Life!
