Together with Anvil, the leading publishing house in the country. At the launch we were honored to have Ms Nora Daza and her son Sandy Daza as our guests of honor. For those of you who does not know who Nora Daza is, she is our Julia Child, the woman to placed Filipino food on the world map.
Now on its second year, Starhub invites chefs from around the world to represent the channels that air their show. And for most of the guests it was their first time to try Filipino Food..
